Bernard William "Billy" Gagliardi was born in Central California in 1992. Since childhood, he has been a fan of movies and wanted to be an actor. After graduating from Fresno State with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, he started out small with working with local filmmakers and promoting their work. To this day, Bernard had made great accomplishments including ABOVE SNAKES, A WOLF AND DRAGON GO TO WASHINGTON, REUNION, HOW I RAISED MY MOM, and LOST OUTLAW.
